8400 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 8400 platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use the 8400 platform.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as an individual user and 8400 as the platform operator. Acceptance of these terms occurs automatically when you click the "Register" button or log in for the first time using your account.

The 8400 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By using this platform, you confirm that you have reached the minimum required age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on the 8400 platform. Registering multiple accounts under the same user is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts without notice or refund of any balance.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials — including your username, password, and registered phone number — secure and confidential. Any activity carried out under your account is your responsibility.

8400 uses two-factor authentication via a code sent to your registered phone number to protect user accounts. You are required to update your account information promptly should any relevant personal details change, particularly your mobile phone number.

If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, please contact the 8400 support team immediately at [email protected] for the appropriate remedial action.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

As a user of the 8400 platform, you agree to comply with all of the following usage rules without exception:

• Not to use the platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law or the laws of your country of residence.
• Not to attempt to hack, disrupt, or exploit any technical vulnerabilities within the 8400 platform.
• Not to use third-party software, automated bots, or any other tools designed to manipulate game outcomes or the betting process.
• Not to deposit or withdraw funds derived from illegal activities, money laundering, or any unauthorised sources.
• Not to spread false, misleading, or defamatory information about the 8400 platform or its users.
• Not to share or sell access to your account with any other party.

Any breach of the above rules may result in immediate account suspension or closure, and 8400 reserves the right to pursue legal action where necessary.

4. Payment & Transaction Information

All deposit and withdrawal transactions on the 8400 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). Supported payment methods include FPX (Financial Process Exchange) via major Malaysian banks and TNG eWallet via the Touch 'n Go app.

Deposits will be credited to your 8400 account wallet within the timeframe specified for your chosen payment method — typically ranging from instant to two hours depending on the method used. Any delays caused by banking system disruptions or third-party payment providers are beyond 8400's control.

Withdrawals to a Malaysian bank account require identity verification for the first withdrawal on each account. 8400 reserves the right to request additional supporting documents before approving any withdrawal, for fraud prevention and financial compliance purposes.

8400 is not responsible for any additional charges imposed by your bank or digital wallet provider during the deposit or withdrawal process. Please check with your bank or wallet provider for any fees that may apply.

5. Liability Limits & Account Policy

The 8400 platform is provided on an "as-is" basis without any express or implied warranties. 8400 does not guarantee that the platform will operate without interruption, be free of errors, or that any defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe.

8400 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform — including financial losses resulting from betting outcomes, technical disruptions, or system errors.

Account Suspension: 8400 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently suspend a user's account if fraud, a terms violation, or suspicious activity is suspected. The user will be notified via their registered email and given the opportunity to provide clarification within a specified timeframe.

Account Closure Upon Request: Users may request account closure at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining wallet balance will be processed for withdrawal once identity verification is completed, provided there are no outstanding claims or ongoing investigations.
